Please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late cancellations will be charged a $20 fee. Customer agrees to: Use Equipment safely and responsibly Follow proper lifting and handling practices Ensure safe conditions for use (clear paths, proper loading, etc.) Customer is solely responsible for all actions taken during the use of Equipment. Customer accepts Equipment in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition (normal wear and tear excepted). Customer is responsible for any loss or damage. Prohibited Use: Equipment is intended for standard household goods only. Customer agrees not to transport: Liquids Chemicals or hazardous materials Flammable or dangerous items
